When the Quiet Mon Pub closed down after 25 years of operation in Cruz Bay, Todd Beaty and Patrick Rooney recognized an opportunity to continue the tradition of a local watering hole that Virgin Islanders and visitors alike could come together for a cold drink or 3 and some good conversation. After some lease negotiations, a lot of government hoop jumping, and a whole lot of construction, the Blind Donkey opened officially Monday July 28, 2025.
